inherited the Book from his mother, Minnie Susan Preece Burton when she died on June 9, 2002. Minnie Susan Preece Burton inherited this copy of the book from her husband, Theodore
Moyle Burton when he died on December 22, 1989. Theodore Moyle Burton inherited this copy of the Book from his father, Theodore Taylor Burton who died on September 8, 1937.
The inscription suggests that Theodore Taylor Burton received this copy of the Book from Lester Farnsworth Wire as a Christmas gift in 1927. Lester Farnsworth Wire was credited with the invention of the electric traffic light in 1912 in Salt Lake City. Wire worked as a detective for the Salt Lake City police force. Theodore Taylor Burton was the police commissioner in Salt Lake City.
